Main responsibilities:
- Work independently with customers through online chat, phone call and e-mail to answer questions regarding our product.
- Identify customers' needs and move them towards the appropriate action using your knowledge and experience.
- Handle incoming calls related to the company and transfer to corresponding departments, if needed.
- Attraction of new customers by making phone calls.
- Create a potential customer base, using different sources.
- Providing excellent customer service and customer care.
Requirements:
- A natural communicator.
- Confident, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer service.
- Proficient in Armenian, with good knowledge of Russian and English languages (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
- Fluency in Armenian, knowledge of English or/and Russian is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- Responsible.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
