Contact Center Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  • Work independently with customers through online chat, phone call and e-mail to answer questions regarding our product.
  • Identify customers' needs and move them towards the appropriate action using your knowledge and experience.
  • Handle incoming calls related to the company and transfer to corresponding departments, if needed.
  • Attraction of new customers by making phone calls.
  • Create a potential customer base, using different sources.
  • Providing excellent customer service and customer care.

 

Requirements:

  • A natural communicator.
  • Confident, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in Armenian, with good knowledge of Russian and English languages (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
  • Fluency in Armenian, knowledge of English or/and Russian is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • Responsible.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
