Sales Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a potential customer base by attracting new clients.
  • Actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing opportunity reviews, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing. 
  • Accept and process applications (mail, phone, website), make telephone calls and in-person visits existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
  • Act as the point of contact, developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs. Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Create and deliver highly polished proposals, presentations, contracts and other documentation in support of the sales process. 
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Present advantages of the products.
  • Identify upselling opportunities.
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
  • Work according sales plan and ensure sales increase.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions and ensure that contract terms and conditions are met. Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA or MA in Management, Marketing or similar field.
  • Proven working experience preferably in a Real Estate Company as a salesperson.
  • Proven experience in negotiation of commercial contracts and building key partner relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
