Create and manage a potential customer base by attracting new clients.
Actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing opportunity reviews, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing.
Accept and process applications (mail, phone, website), make telephone calls and in-person visits existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
Act as the point of contact, developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs. Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
Create and deliver highly polished proposals, presentations, contracts and other documentation in support of the sales process.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Present advantages of the products.
Identify upselling opportunities.
Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
Work according sales plan and ensure sales increase.
Report on the status of accounts and transactions and ensure that contract terms and conditions are met. Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
Requirements:
BSc/BA or MA in Management, Marketing or similar field.
Proven working experience preferably in a Real Estate Company as a salesperson.
Proven experience in negotiation of commercial contracts and building key partner relationships.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
